舒适护理在剖腹产手术中的应用

Application of comfortable nursing in caesarean section

目的:探讨舒适护理对剖腹产手术单次腰麻穿刺成功率及产妇舒适度的影响。方法:收治择期剖宫产手术患者60例,随机平分成两组。对照组采用常规手术室护理,观察组采用舒适护理,通过分析单次腰麻穿刺成功率及产妇舒适度等指标比较、分析两组的临床效果。结果:腰麻穿刺成功率和产妇舒适度观察组优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理可以提高产科单次腰麻穿刺成功率,并有助于提高产妇舒适度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of comfort care on the success rate of single spinal anesthesia and the comfortdegree of the pregnant women.Methods:60 patients undergoing elective cesarean section were selected.They were randomlydivided into the two groups on average.The control group used routine operation room nursing,while the observation group usedcomfort care.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared by the analysis of the success rate of single lumbar puncture andthe maternal comfort.Results:The success rate of lumbar puncture and the comfort of the pregnant women in the observation groupwere better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort care can improvethe success rate of obstetric anesthesia,and help to improve maternal comfort.
