清代民国晋商典当业研究综述

A Review of the Studies on the Pawn business of Shanxi Merchants from Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China

20世纪30年代,清末至民国时期晋商经营的典当业引起了学界的注意,出版了一些研究成果。之后,晋商典当业研究一直处于无人问津的状态。20世纪90年代,随着社会经济史研究的不断升温,学界围绕山西典当业的发展兴衰、活动时空、资本、利息、内部组织等问题进行了研究,但仍有诸多不足,如,研究内容缺乏深度,研究视角有待拓宽,对新发现的民间历史文献以及晋商典当业的个案研究未予以足够的重视。

In the 1930s, The pawn of Shanxi which is from Qing Dynasty to the republican period had drawn attentionof many scholars and published a numbers of research finds.After that it had remained silence. After the 1990s, with thesocial and economic history research continued to heat up, the scholars had been studied many aspects about the pawnof Shanxi, including the following issues: the rise and fall and the reasons, time and space activities, capital, interest,internal organization and so on. Although we have made some achievements, there are still many shortcomings, forexample the contents are lack of depth, the perspective research needs to be broadened, the data is not abundant, thenew materials eager to be used or explored, the researchs are lack of more case studies, etc.
