钢板/凯夫拉层合结构爆炸响应数值分析 被引量:9

Numerical simulation of steel/Kevlar laminated structures under explosive load

摘要 复合材料层合板在防护结构中得到了越来越广泛的应用,数值模拟是分析这类结构在爆炸载荷作用下动态响应的有效方法之一。基于LS-DYNA软件平台,建立凯夫拉纤维细观结构有限元模型,通过弹体侵彻试验验证该建模方法的正确性,进而采用所提出的建模方法建立钢板/凯夫拉层合板的有限元模型,实现钢板/凯夫拉纤维细观结构有限元模型爆炸响应的数值模拟。研究表明:纤维材料细观结构有限元模型可以较好地模拟弹体侵彻过程以及层合板在爆炸载荷下的破坏模式。计算结果对比显示凯夫拉层对钢板的抗爆性能可起到明显增强作用。 Composite laminated plates are being increasingly applied in protective structures, and numeri?cal simulation of the dynamic response of such structures under explosion load is highly effective and essen?tial. Based on the LS-DYNA software platform, the meso-structure finite element model of Kevlar fiber isestablished, and the feasibility of the modeling method is verified through the projectile penetration test.Then, the steel plate/Kevlar finite element model is established using the presented modeling method, andthe explosive response simulation of the steel/Kevlar meso-structure finite element model is conducted.The results show that the meso-structure finite element model for fiber material can successfully simulatethe process of projectile penetration as well as the failure mode of laminated plates under explosion load.Furthermore, comparison analysis between the results shows that Kevlar provides significant enhancementon the antiknock performance for steel plates.
