多供电模式舰船电力系统保护策略 被引量:7

摘要 同时配置有柴油发电机组和逆变电源的舰船电力系统存在多种供电模式。由于逆变电源与柴油发电机组的短路输出特性不同,各种供电模式下舰船电力系统的短路特性也存在较大差异。传统舰船电力系统保护策略已不能满足多供电模式电力系统保护设计的需求。针对此问题,提出基于断路器本地测量数据、适应多供电模式的系统保护策略,结合低电压加速反时限过流保护技术,对逆变电源及负载断路器进行配置与整定。仿真结果表明,所提出的系统保护策略在逆变电源供电与柴油发电机组供电等模式下,均能实现较好的保护选择性和速动性,可为同类型舰船电力系统选择性保护设计提供参考。 Multiple power supply modes exist in marine electric power systems with both diesel generatorsand inverters. Since the short-circuit characteristics of inverters differ from those of diesel generators, theshort-circuit characteristics of an electric power system are different for each power supply mode. Tradi?tional power system protection technology based on the time-current principle is not suited to marine elec?tric power systems with multiple power supply modes. To solve this problem, novel protection strategies thatare suitable for marine electric power systems with multiple modes are developed using the local electric in?formation of the breakers, and the inverters and load circuit breakers are configured and set on the basis ofinverse-time over-current protection with low voltage acceleration. The simulation results indicate the se?lectivity and speed of short-circuit protection technology in the supply modes of diesel generators and in?verters. In brief, this technology provides references for designing similar marine electric power systems.
