摘要
西部贫困地区大学生创业对于推动西部地区经济发展、完善西部高校人才培养体系和缓解目前毕业生就业压力具有重要意义。本文探讨了大学生创业能力的内涵和构成,分析贫困地区大学生创业能力培养的意义,通过对西部高校创业教育的深入调研,剖析大学生创业能力培养过程中存在的主要问题,从高校、政府、社会、大学生自身等不同维度提出有针对性的培养对策,以期完善西部高校创业教育,提升大学生创业能力。
It is of great significance for students in poor areas of Western China to start their own business. It will promote the devel?opment of western region, improve the personnel training system in western colleges and universities and relieve the employment pressure.This paper discusses the connotation and constitution of college students’entrepreneurial ability and analyzes the meaning to cultivate col?lege students’entrepreneurial ability in western poor areas. Through in-depth research on entrepreneurship education in universities, the?analysis of present main problems in the process of cultivation, the author puts forward the countermeasures and strategy from all dimen?sions as universities, governments, society, college students in order to improve entrepreneurship education in universities and enhancestudents’entrepreneurial ability.
