火疗联合油推治疗寒湿痹阻型强直性脊柱炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating AS of the Hanshi Bizu type by fire therapy plus oil massage

目的:观察火疗联合油推治疗寒湿痹阻型强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:将所有符合标准的病例随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组给予火疗+督脉油推+柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗;对照组给予柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗。记录治疗前后总体疗效、BASMI、BATHFI、BADSDAI评分、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)变化;结果:观察组总有效率为95.00%,对照组总有效率为85.00%,观察组在BASMI、BATHFI、BADSDAI评分、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)变化方面的改善均优于对照组。结论:火疗联合油推治疗寒湿痹阻型强直性脊柱炎方面,疗效确切,副作用小,是治疗强直性脊柱炎的有效方法之一。

Objective: To observe effects of fire therapy plus oil massage on AS of the Hanshi Bizu type. Methods: all cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases in each. The observation group was given fire therapy, oil massage plus sulfasalazine; the control group was treated with sulfasalazine only. The effect, BASMI, BATHFI, BADSDAI score, ESR,CRP were records. Results: The total efficiency was 95% in the observation group, and 85% in the control group. BASMI, BATHFI,BADSDAI score, ESR and CRP were better in the observation group. Conclusion: Fire therapy plus oil massage on AS of the Hanshi Bizu type shows a curative effect and fewer side effects, is an effective method.
