耳穴压豆联合中医定向透药对阑尾炎术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

Effects of auricular acupressure plus targeted delivery of TCM medicine on gastrointestinal function after appendectomy

目的:观察耳穴压豆联合中医定向透药对阑尾炎术后患者胃肠功能恢复情况的影响。方法:选取2013年3月-2015年3月于我院行腹腔镜阑尾炎手术治疗的患者160例,随机分为对照组40例、耳穴压豆组40例、中医定向透药组40例、联合治疗组40例。观察四组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间,肛门首次排气时间,首次排便时间。结果:耳穴压豆组、中医定向透药组及联合治疗组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间,肛门首次排气时间,首次排便时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组与耳穴压豆组及中医定向透药组相比,肛门排首次气时间,首次排便时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。耳穴压豆组和中医定向透药组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合中医定向透药疗法可以较好地促进腹腔镜阑尾炎术后患者胃肠功能的恢复。

Objective: Effects of auricular acupressure plus targeted delivery of TCM medicine on gastrointestinal function after appendectomy were observed. Methods: 160 patients from 2013 March to 2015 March in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group of 40 cases, auricular acupressure group of 40 cases, targeted delivery of TCM medicine group of 40 cases, and combined treatment group of 40 cases. The recovery time of bowel sounds, anal exhaust time and first defecation time in groups were observed.Results: The recovery time of bowel sounds, anal exhaust time, and first defecation time in the control group were longer than those in the others; and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the auricular acupressure group and the targeted delivery of TCM medicine group, anal exhaust time and first defecation time in the combined treatment group were obviously shorter; the difference was statistically significant. There was no difference between the auricular acupressure group and the targeted delivery of TCM medicine group (P>0.05). Conclusion: Auricular acupressure plus targeted delivery of TCM medicine could obviously promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients after laparoscopic appendectomy
