肝胃百合汤治疗胃溃疡肝胃不和证的临床效果

Efficacy of the Ganwei Baihe decoction on gastric ulcer of the Ganwei Buhe type

目的:研究并且分析对胃溃疡肝胃不和证患者使用肝胃百合汤的疗效。方法:选取我院2011-2012年间诊治的66例胃溃疡肝胃不和证患者,并将他们分成研究组与对照组,每组33例。对照组选择西药治疗,研究组则选择中医汤剂治疗。观察并对比两组的临床疗效与溃疡的愈合情况。结果:研究组不仅在临床症状的改善情况上优于对照组,且溃疡的愈合情况和发生并发症的情况也优于对照组,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:选择肝胃百合汤对胃溃疡肝胃不和证患者实行医治,不仅能有效改善临床症状,还能减少不良反应的发生,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective: To investigate efficacy of the Ganwei Baihe decoction on gastric ulcer of the Gamwei Buhe type. Methods:From 2011 to 2012, 66 patients in our hospital were divided into the study group and the control group, 33 cases for each. The control group was given the western medicine; and the study group was given TCM medicine. Results: Efficiency and healing of gastric ulcer in the study group were better (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Ganwei Baihe decoction on gastric ulcer of the Ganwei Buhe type shows a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
