探讨椎动脉型颈椎病采用中医骨伤手法配合中药内服治疗的效果

Efficacy of bone-setting manipulation plus the TCM decoction on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type

目的:观察中医骨伤手法配合中药内服在椎动脉型颈椎病治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取100例椎动脉型颈椎病患者,依据治疗方法的不同将其列入观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组行常规牵拉治疗,观察组行中医骨伤手法配合中药内服治疗。结果:观察组的治疗有效率为92%,对照组的治疗有效率为78%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在椎动脉型颈椎病的治疗中,中医骨伤手法联合中药内服疗法的应用效果显著,可推广。

Objective: To observe efficacy of bone-setting manipulation plus TCM decoction on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods: 100 patients were divided into two groups, 50 cases for each. The control group was given conventional traction; and the observation group was given bone-setting manipulation plus TCM decoction. Results: The total efficacy was 92% in the observation group, and 78% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Bone-setting manipulation plus TCM decoction on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type shows a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
