摘要
目的:探讨损伤控制和中医补法在骨科急性损伤中的应用效果。方法:选取120例骨科急性损伤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规损伤控制治疗,观察组给予损伤控制联合中医补法治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的白蛋白和血红蛋白指标。结果:观察组治疗前后AIB、Hb差异不明显(P>0.05),对照组治疗前后观察指标数据差异明显,且两组疗效差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:损伤控制联合中医补法在骨科急性损伤中的临床疗效确切,有利于患者创伤恢复,值得临床应用推广。
Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of damage control plus TCM on acute orthopaedic injuries. Methods: 120 cases were divided into the observed group and control group. The control group took conventional damage control; the observed group received TCM more. Results: The difference of AIB, Hb between before and after treatment in the observed group was not obvious (P>0.05). While the difference of those in the control group was significant (P<0.05). And after treatment, difference of efficacy between groups was significant.Conclusion: Damage control plus TCM was effective on acute orthopaedic injuries, promoted recovery, and is worthy of promotion.
