小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的可行性研究

A feasibility study on treating LDH by acupotomy

目的:对小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的可行性进行观察与探讨。方法:对2013年6月-2015年6月在我院接受治疗的70例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行临床相关研究,按照随机数字法分为两组,每组35例,对照组患者进行常规针刺或腰牵法治疗,研究组患者进行小针刀治疗,分析两组患者的效果。结果:研究组患者的治疗总有效率(97.14%)与对照组患者(71.43%)相比,P<0.05,组间差异明显,研究组患者的治疗满意度(94.29%)与对照组患者(60.00%)相比,P<0.05,组间差异明显。结论:对实施小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果较好,具有一定的可行性。

Objective: To explore feasibility of acupotomy for treating LDH. Methods: 70 cases were divided into two groups, 35 cases in each group. The control group took conventional acupuncture or traction. The study group took acuptomy.Results: The total efficiency was 97.14% in the study group, better than 71.43% in the control group, P<0.05. Satisfaction was 94.29% in the study group, better than 60.00% in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Acupotomy was effective on LDH,with a certain feasibility.
