探讨中西医结合治疗胫骨平台骨折SchatzkerⅣ型的临床疗效

An analysis of treating tibial plateau fracture of Schatzker Ⅳ type in the integrative medicine

目的:研究中西医结合治疗胫骨平台骨折SchatzkerⅣ型的临床效果分析。方法:回顾分析2011-2015年我院创伤骨科胫骨平台骨折SchatzkerⅣ型80例,随机分组,治疗组40例,采用切开复位内固定术、植骨术和中医治疗,对照组40例,采用切开复位内固定术、植骨术。结果:治疗组的优良率为90%,明显好于对照组的75%。结论:中西医结合治疗胫骨平台骨折SchatzkerⅣ型疗效显著。

Objective: To study efficacy of the integrative medicine on tibial plateau fractures of Schatzker IV type. Methods: 80 cases were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in the control group were treated by open reduction,internal fixation plus bone grafting. 40 cases in the treatment group were given TCM more. Results: The excellence rate was 90% in the treatment group, significantly better than 75% in the control group. Conclusion: Treating tibial plateau fracture of Schatzker type IV in the integrative medicine is obviously effective.
