血府逐瘀汤加减治疗胸痹心痛(瘀血痹阻型)的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating chest stuffiness and pains(the Yuxue Bizu syndrome) with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction

目的:观察血府逐瘀汤加减治疗胸痹心痛(瘀血痹阻型)的效果。方法:选择2013年8月-2014年9月来我院治疗瘀血痹阻型胸痹心痛的患者70例,随机将其分成两组,每组35例。对照组患者采用常规西医对症治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果、24h动态心电图关键指标变化情况。结果:治疗组患者治疗总有效率为97.14%,明显高于对照组患者的60.00%,差异显著(P<0.05);结论:在西医对症治疗基础上加用血府逐瘀汤治疗瘀血痹阻型胸痹心痛效果显著,不仅能改善患者心肌缺血情况,对提高治疗效果也有明显作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To observe efficacy of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on chest stuffiness and pains (the Yuxue Bizu syndrome).Methods: 70 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated in routine western medicine; the treatment group was treated with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction more. The efficacy and the changes of 24h electrocardiogram in groups were observed. Results: The total efficiency was 97.14% in the treatment group, and significantly higher than 60.00% in the control group; the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Xuefu Zhuyu decoction plus western medicine on chest stuffiness and pains of the Yuxue Bizu syndrome shows a remarkable effect, can improve myocardial ischemia, and is worthy of clinical application.
