老年急性心肌梗死频发室性早搏应用通脉复律汤治疗的效果分析

An effective analysis of treating frequent ventricular premature of AMI in elderly with the Tongmai Fulv decoction

目的:对通脉复律汤治疗老年急性心肌梗死频发室性早搏的临床疗效进行分析。方法:抽取我院的50例老年急性心肌梗死频发室性早搏患者,分为研究组和对比组,其中对比组患者在临床上给予胺碘酮治疗,而研究组患者主要给予通脉复律汤治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果:研究组的治疗效果比对比组的好(P<0.05)。结论:临床中采用通脉复律汤对老年急性心肌梗死频发室性早搏患者进行治疗,能够在很大程度上改善心绞痛等临床症状,使患者更快痊愈。

Objective: To analyze clinical efficacy of the Tongmai Fulv decoction on frequent ventricular premature of AMI in elderly. Methods: 50 cases were divided into the research group and control group. The control group was given amiodarone; and the research group was given the Tongmai Fulv decoction. Results: The efficacy in the research group was better (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Tongmai Fulv decoction can improve symptoms of angina pectoris, and make patients more quickly recovered.
