卒中三位一体治疗仪治疗卒中后遗症疗效分析

An effective analysis of treating sequelae of apoplexy by trinity therapeutic apparatus

目的:探讨卒中三位一体治疗仪治疗卒中后遗症的临床效果。方法:选取我科室结石卒中患者60例,随机分为对照组与治疗组,分别给予常规康复训练与卒中三位一体治疗仪治疗,观测两组患者6个月后日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)测评结果变化与临床疗效。结果:治疗前后差值比较,治疗组改善效果更为显著(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为80.00%,治疗组总有效率为93.33%。结论:卒中三位一体治疗仪治疗卒中后遗症操作简单、方便,且效果显著,值得推广。

Objective: To investigate clinical effects of trinity therapeutic apparatus on sequelae of apoplexy. Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. The patients were treated by routine rehabilitation training and trinity therapeutic apparatus respectively. The activity of daily living and efficiency were measured in 6 months. Results: Improvement in the treatment group was better (P<0.05); the total efficiency was 80.00% in the control group, and 93.33% in the treatment group. Conclusion:Trinity therapeutic apparatus on sequelae of apoplexy is simple and convenient, with remarkable effects, and is worthy of promotion.
