摘要
目的:研究临床护理路径在防治产后抑郁患者工作中的应用。方法:将210例产妇随机分为路径组和对照组,观察两组的住院时间、住院费用、母婴保健知识合格率、产妇发生抑郁比例的差异。结果:路径组效果明显优于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径在防治患者产后抑郁工作中的效果满意,值得推广应用。
Objective: To observe efficacy of clinical nursing pathway on postpartum depression. Methods: 210 patients were randomly divided into the pathway group and the control group. Hospital stay, hospital costs, the passing rate of maternal and child health, the proportion of maternal depression in two groups were observed. Results: Efficacy in the pathway group was better (P<0.05).Conclusion: Clinical nursing pathway on postpartum depression shows a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
