崩漏是妇科疑难急重症。张玉珍教授认为,引发崩漏的根本原因在于肾气受损,冲任不固,且不论崩证、漏证,每因出血过快过急或出血日久,均可致瘀血停滞;强调崩漏给予塞流之时,活血化瘀应贯穿其中,既能防塞后留瘀之弊,又能祛瘀生新、寓止于消中;提出在出血期以补肾益气治疗为主,不忘逐瘀,且顺应胞宫藏泻;血止后则补肾调周,澄源复旧。
