摘要
目的:探讨多维立体健康教育模式对产妇母乳喂养依从性的影响。方法:选取2014年7-12月在我院的孕产妇3314例,随机分为对照组和干预组各1657例。对照组采用常规健康教育模式;干预组采用多维立体健康教育模式。比较两组产妇母乳喂养依从性及母乳喂养知识和技能掌握情况。结果:干预组产妇母乳喂养依从性及母乳喂养知识和技能掌握情况均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:多维立体健康教育模式可以提高产妇母乳喂养依从性,促进母婴健康。
Objective: To investigate the influence of multidimensional health education on breastfeeding compliance of puerpera.Methods: From July to December 2014, 3314 pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups, 1657 cases for each. The control group was given conventional health education; and the experiment group was given multidimensional health education. Breastfeeding compliance of puerpera, knowledge and skills of breastfeeding in two groups were compared. Results: All indexes in the experiment group were better (P<0.05). Conclusion: Multidimensional health education could improve breastfeeding compliance of puerpera, and promote maternal and child health.
