中药外洗配合肛泰软膏肛注治疗肛裂40例疗效观察

Effective observation on treating 40 cases anal fissure by TCM washout plus the Gangtai ointment

目的：观察中药外洗配合肛泰软膏肛注治疗肛裂的临床效果。方法：大便后中药外洗，坐浴后，肛泰软膏3g肛内注射，连续用药12～20d。结果：中药外洗配合肛泰软膏肛注治疗肛裂总有效率为100%。结论：中药外洗配合肛泰软膏肛注治疗肛裂，疗效可靠，使用方便，值得推广。

Objective: To observe efficacy of TCM washout plus the Gangtai ointment on anal fissure. Methods: After stooling,patients were given TCM washout plus the Gangtai ointment (3g, anal injection), for 12 ～ 20 days. Results: The total efficiency was 100%.Conclusion: TCM washout plus the Gangtai ointment on anal fissure shows a reliable effect, can be used easily, and is worthy of promotion.
