中医药三联疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹60例

Treating 60 cases of chronic urticaria by TCM triple therapy

目的:观察中医药三联疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:将96例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用中药内服、熏洗、贴脐治疗;对照组口服西替利嗪片,两组均6周为一个疗程。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为91.7%和75.0%,两组总有效率差异显著(P<0.01);治疗结束6个月后随访,治愈病例中治疗组复发率为10%,对照组复发率为33%。结论:中医药三联疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹近远期疗效都明显优于西药对照组。

Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of TCM triple therapy on chronic urticaria. Methods: 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups; the treatment group was given TCM triple therapy; and the control group was given Cetirizine tablets, 6 weeks as a course.Results: The total efficiency was 91.7% in the treatment group, and 75.0% in the control group (P<0.05). In 6 months, the recurrence rate was 10% in the treatment group, and 33% in the control group. Conclusion: TCM triple therapy on chronic urticaria shows a better effect.
