摘要
50000dwt半潜运输船是中集船舶海洋工程设计研究院为振华船运有限公司设计的新一代大型海工船,具有装载能力强、经济、安全、下潜起浮效率高和操作灵活等显著特点。简要叙述半潜运输船船型、特点和使用功能。重点阐述船舶稳性安全及结构质量控制对载重量和下潜能力的影响、压载系统效率、电力推进系统与动力定位功能以及相关的优化设计和技术措施。
50000 dwt semi-submersible heavy lift vessel is a new generation of offshore vessel designed by CIMC ORICfor ZPMC Shipping, which has the features of large loading capacity, economical performance, safety, highsubmerging/floating efficiency, flexible operation and etc. This paper briefly introduces the characteristics and functionsof the semi-submersible heavy lift vessel, and elaborates the technologies adopted as well as the optimization in thedesign with the focus on the stability safety, influence of structure weight control on loading capacity and submergingability, ballast system efficiency, electrical propulsion system and its dynamic positioning function.
