摘要
压缩机及驱动电机是乙烯运输船液货系统中的关键设备,对其实际质量和精度的要求均较高,属于精密设备,其基座设计关系到压缩机及驱动电机在船舶营运过程中能否正常运营,需在前期设计中予以充分考虑。针对液化乙烯运输船的制冷压缩机及驱动电机基座设计需求,从基座刚度需求、轴系校中需求和设备运行振动等3个方面进行分析,指出原始设计的不足并提出改进方案。通过分析对比各基座改进方案在各性能指标上的提升量,得出新改进措施的有效性,结果可用于指导实际项目的压缩机基座结构设计工作。
Compressor and motor are the critical equipment of the cargo handling system on Liquefied Ethylene Carriers(LEGC). Their precision must comply with the strict requirements of quality and accuracy. As the foundation plays acrucial role in the operation of the compressor, the design of the foundation should be taken into carefully considerationin the early design stage. In accordance with the design requirements of the foundation of LEGC refrigeration compressorand motors, the defects of the original design were pointed out and the improvements were made on the basis of theanalyses on the requirements of foundation stiffness, shafting alignment and equipment vibration. The effectiveness of thenew design is proven when the performance improvement of the enhanced foundation designs was analyzed andcompared, which could provide guidance for the compressor foundation structure design in practical projects.
