摘要
在长期的运行跟踪过程中发现,不论是国外的还是国内的智能干式负载箱,普遍存在电阻管容易受高温损坏而影响使用寿命的问题。除了电阻管制造工艺和其本身的质量等内因之外,散热效果对电阻管的寿命起决定性作用。散热效果取决于散热风机的风量、散热通道和环境。对此,以中国船舶电站设备有限公司的智能干式负载箱为例,就如何改进设计进风通道和出风通道,提升散热风机风量,达到提高负载箱散热的效果进行深入研究。同时,对实际应用中取得较好效果的情况进行介绍,供同行参考。
It is found through long-term operation observations that the service life of the intelligent load banks has beenreduced, both at home and abroad, due to the resistance tube damage caused by high temperature. Apart from the resistancetube manufacturing technique and its own quality factors, heat dissipation performance plays a vital role in determining thelifecycle of the tube, whereas the dissipation performance depends on the blast capacity of the fan, the cooling channel andthe environment. Taking the dry-type intelligent load bank of China Ship Power Station Co., Ltd. as the example, studies arecarried out to improve the design of air inlet duct and outlet duct, to increase blast capacity of the fan, and to enhance thedissipation performance. Moreover, practical methods that can achieve better result are explained in the paper for reference.
