FUE技术在大面积男性型脱发修复中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察采用FUE技术对IV-VI级男性型脱发患者进行毛发种植的临床效果。方法:男性大面积脱发患者86例,IV级36例,V级38例,VI级12例。采用直径1mm的FollicularUnitExtraction(FUE)提取针获取后枕部供区毛囊,毛囊单位数约2600~3900毛囊单位(FollicularUnits,Fus),采用1.2mm的宝石刀在发际线及顶部受区打孔,按毛发自然生长方向打孔并将毛囊植入孔内。结果:术后随访大于12个月,6例患者早期后枕部出现毛囊炎,经局部及全身抗炎治疗后治愈,未影响毛囊成活率;6例患者因密度不高进行了二次移植。患者毛囊成活率高,均达到90%以上,患者对术后效果均较满意。结论:采用FUE技术修复大面积男性脱发效果好,值得临床推广。 Objective To evaluate the clinical result of FUE technique in treating male pattern alopecia of IV-VI degree by hair transplantation. Methods 86 cases of male AGA patient with large area of hair loss,including 36 cases of IV grade,38 cases of V grade,12 cases of VI grade.Using the 1mm-diameter FUE extraction needle to obtain hair follicle from occipital donor site with follicle unit amount of 2 600-3 900 Fus. Sapphire scalpel of 1.2mm was used to punch in the hairline and parietal recipient site and follicles were implanted into the holes in natural growth direction. Results The follow-up period was longer than 12 months.Folliculitis of occipital area occurred in 6 patients in the early period and treated with local or systematic anti-inflammation therapy without influencing follicle survival rates.6 patients with less satisfactory density were treated with secondary transplantation. Most patients obtained satisfactory results with follicle survival rates higher than 90%. Conclusion Application of FUE technique in treating large area male pattern alopecia is worthy of clinical promotion with a satisfactory result.
