茎突过长综合征的临床分析

Clinical analysis of styloid process syndrome

目的:分析茎突过长综合征的临床特点。方法:根据病史、临床症状、检查方法、茎突长短进行回顾分析茎突过长综合征12例,并施行茎突截短术,随访观察手术疗效。结果:茎突过长综合征易误诊为慢性咽炎、咽部异感症,明确诊断后,采用口咽或颈外手术径路,术后症状明显缓解,均取得满意疗效,无复发。结论:本病易误诊,通过咽部触诊,影像学检查可提高确诊率,茎突截短术是治疗茎突过长综合征的有效方法。

Objective To analyse the clinical characterizations of styloid process syndromes. Methods A retrospective analysis and long-term follow-ups on 12 cases of styloid process syndrome performed styloid process surgery was carried out. Results Styloid process syndrome was misdiagnosed to be chronic pharyngitis, pharyng-foreign body seasation. Through oropharynx or external cernal cervical surgical approach,12 cases were achieved fine effects. Conclusion Styloid process syndrome is apt to be misdiagnosed.Through pharyngeal palpation and radiography,the patients with styloid process syndrome can be diagnosed well, styloid process surgery is an effective treatment to styloid process syndrome.
