摘要 目的:在构建龋病动物模型基础上观察HMME-PDT联合氟制剂预防龋病的效果。方法:选取断奶21d SPF-Wista大鼠80只,种植变形链球菌构建致龋模型后分为蒸馏水、HMME-PDT、氟化钠、以及HMME-PDT+氟化钠组4组,连续8周给大鼠进行口腔处理,采集大鼠唾液培养,记录变形链球菌水平及观察实验组大鼠口内变形链球菌生长繁殖的影响并评估Keyes记分抑制龋损形成的效果。结果:与蒸馏水组相比,其余各组变形链球菌水平和龋齿Keyes记分均有不同程度的降低,其中HMME-PDT显示对窝沟面龋和光滑面龋有较好的防治效果(P<0.05),但均低于氟化钠组;HMME-PDT+氟化钠组未见明显的协同抑龋作用。结论:HMME-PDT能有效抑制口腔变链菌繁殖,降低龋齿的发生率。 Objective To observe the effect of hmme-pdt combined with fluoride to prevent dental caries in animal model,Based on the construction of dental caries. Methods Select 21d weaning SPF-Wista rats 80, the planting of Streptococcus mutans to construct cariogenic model is divided into distilled water, hmme-pdt, sodium fluoride, and hmme-pdt+sodium fluoride group 4 groups, continuous 8W to rats by oral treatment collected rat saliva culture, record deformation levels of Streptococcus and observe the experimental group rats in the mouth of the deformation of the streptococcal growth effects on the reproductive and assessment scores of Keyes inhibitory effect on the formation of dental caries. Results Compared with the distilled water group and other groups deformation streptococci levels and dental caries Keyes scores showed different degrees of reduced the hmme-pdt display of pit and fissure caries and smooth surface caries has better control effect (P <0.05), but lower than that of the sodium fluoride group; hmme-pdt + sodium fluoride group has no obvious synergistic inhibitory effect on caries.Conclusion HMME-PDT can effectively inhibit oral Streptococcus mutans reproduction and reduction in the caries incidence.
