像素激光治疗痤疮瘢痕疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨像素激光治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的疗效和安全性。方法:回顾性分析笔者科室2013年5月-2015年5月采用2940nm像素激光治疗的216例面部凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者资料,共治疗5次。治疗前及治疗第3次、5次后分别进行数码拍照并记录恢复过程,治疗后对比临床疗效和副作用。对治疗效果进行四级评分,患者对疗效的满意度也进行四级评分。结果:216例,痊愈28例(占13.0%),显效163例(占75.5%),有效25例(占11.5%),无效0例。治疗期间未发现皮炎、严重色素沉着等不良反应。治疗后随访3~6个月,患者的改善率达100%;91.2%的患者满意或非常满意。结论:2940nm像素激光治疗凹陷性痤疮瘢痕具有疗效确切、损伤小、修复快的优点,是一种实用、便捷、易于接受并值得推荐的治疗方法。 Objective To assess the efficacy of 2 940nm bundle laser for the treatment of atrophic acne scars. Methods From January 2013 –May 2015, we treated 216patients with facial atrophic acne scars by 2 940nm bundle laser and recorded the clinical efficacy of this therapy in detail. All patients were teeated 5 times. Before and after treatment in the third, fifth times respectively,The scars were recoded bydigital photography to certified the recovery process ,clinical efficacy and side effects.Treatment effect is divided into 4 grades, the patient's satisfaction with the efficacy of 4 grade. The patient's satisfaction of the efficacy also was divided into 4 grades. Results 28 cases(13.0%) were cured, 163 cases(75.5%) remarkably improved, and 25 (11.5%)improved. Adverse effects such as local stimulation, dermatitis, were not found during the treatment. After 3 to 6 months of the last treatment, the improvement rate of the patients was 100%.91.2% of the patients were satisfied. Conclusion 2940nm bundle laser is a valuable treatment for atrophic acne scars. It is an effective treatment with little damage and shorter recovery time.
