超脉冲二氧化碳激光联合强脉冲光治疗面部寻常性痤疮临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:通过对比超脉冲二氧化碳激光联合强脉冲光治疗与两种方法分别治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效,探究综合治疗的新思路。方法:将126例门诊患者随机分成三组,分别给予强脉冲光、超脉冲二氧化碳激光、超脉冲二氧化碳激光联合强脉冲光交替治疗,治疗4次,12周为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计各组疗效并分析。结果:联合治疗组与单一治疗组比较,疗效显著(P<0.05);单一治疗组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:超脉冲二氧化碳激光与强脉冲光联合治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效优于单一方法治疗,但两种单一治疗方法间的优劣并未显现。 Objective To explore a new method of treating acne, by comparing the therapeutic effect of Ultrapulsed CO2 laser,intense pulsed light (IPL) and the combination therapy in treating acne. Methods A total of 126 cases of acne patients from outpatient were randomly assigned into 3 groups. The whole course is 12 weeks with 4 sessions of treatment. Patients were given IPL, CO2 and the combination therapy, respectively. Statistical analysis was done on the efficiency of each therapy.Results Combined treatment group compared with the single treatment group, the curative effect was significant (P <0.05),There was no significant difference between the single treatment group (P >0.05). Conclusion The combination therapy is superior in the clinical effect than each single method. There is no statistically significant difference of between the single modality.
