光动力联合点阵激光治疗中重度痤疮的临床护理体会

Clinical nursing effect of combination photodynamic therapy with ablative fractional laser of patients with moderate to severe acne vulgaris

目的:总结10%5-氨基酮戊酸(5-Aminolevulinic acid,ALA)光动力联合Er:YAG(2 940nm)点阵激光治疗中重度痤疮的效果及护理。方法:对88例中重度痤疮患者采用光动力联合点阵激光治疗,同时加强心理护理、健康宣教及治疗前、中、后的护理。结果:88例患者中,痊愈68例,显效16例,有效2例,有效率为95.5%。结论:在中重度痤疮患者进行光动力联合点阵激光治疗期间进行有效的护理及干预,对提高患者依从性,改善治疗效果,减少痤疮不良反应的发生具有重要意义。

Objective To summarize the nursing effect of the combination of 10% 5-Aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA)-induced photodynamic therapy with ablative fractional laser Er:YAG (2 940nm) laser in the treatment of moderate to severe acne.Methods 88 subjects with moderate to severe acne were treated by photodynamic therapy combined with ablative fractional laser (Er:YAG, 2 940nm), and the nursing care of patients with pre -, post - and post - and post - treatment was strengthened.Results 68 cases were cured, 16 cases were markedly effective, 2 cases were effective, and the effective rate was 95.5%.Conclusion Effective nursing intervention improves the compliance of patients, promote the the rapeutic effects, and reduce theoccurrence of adverse effects during the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris with laser and photodynamic therapy.
