高校科研质量评价模型初探

Elementary Study on Evaluation Model of Scientific Research Quality in Colleges and Universities

当前,高校科研存在着基础研究严重滞后、科研成果转化率低、科研成果推广难等问题。究其主因是缺乏有效的评价模型。立足高校科研质量评价指标体系,从操作层面探讨高校科研质量评价模型的基本内容及实施办法,是现实的需要。

At present,the scientific research in colleges and universities is facing such problems as weak basic research,low rate of commercialized research findings,and difficulties in the promotion of applying research results. Themain cause lies in the absence of an effective evaluation model. Based on the evaluation index system,the paper de-scribed in detail,from the operational level,the main components of the proposed evaluation model and measures for its implementation.
