浙东引水工程是浙江省有史以来跨流域最多、跨区域最广、引调水线路最长、投资最大的水资源战略配置工程,对优化浙江省东部地区的水资源配置、缓解水资源供需矛盾意义深远。工程建成后,工程的科学调度、高效运行、设计效益的最大限度发挥值得深入研究。对工程萧山枢纽至慈溪段运行调度的内外部环境特点、运行调度中需解决的主要问题进行全面剖析,提出相关对策建议,为优化工程运行调度管理提供参考。

As a water resource strategic allocation project in Zhejiang province which crosses most basins and regions,and has the longest water diversion route and greatest investment,Eastern Zhejiang water diversion project has far -reaching significance on the optimization of water resource allocation and alleviating water shortage of eastern Zhejiang.After the completion of this project,how to operate and schedule scientifically and effectively to yield maximumoutcomes of the project is the main subject which is worthy further study.According to comprehensive analysis offeatures of internal and external environment and issues that need to be solved during the project’s implementation,corresponding countermeasures are proposed and they can be used as technical reference for optimization of the projectoperating and scheduling.
