地质勘查业有两类产品:一类是探明的矿产资源储量、提交的矿产地,它是用地质信息反映的具有实物形态的物质;另一类是用地质信息反映的集成或单项的地质信息。文章对地质勘查业的去产能、去库存的定义进行了解释,分析了地勘业形成过剩产能、产品的原因,在此基础上,提出了深化地质勘查业改革的建议:包括要理顺政府和市场的关系,让市场充分发挥作用,正确履行政府职能,构建合格的地质勘查成果和勘查技术劳务供给主体等。

There are two types of products in geological prospecting industry. One is proven mineral resources reserve and submittedmineral lands, which have the matter of physical form that reflected by geological information. The other is integration or one-waygeological information. This paper has explained the meaning of cutting overcapacity, reducing inventory; and analyzed the cause ofexcess capacity and products in the industry of geological prospecting. And on this basis, this paper has proposed some suggestionsfor deepening the reform of geological prospecting. These include: the relationship between government and market will be smoothedover, so as to allow the market into full play; the government should take its functions correctly; the qualified main body of the supplyof labor services on both geological exploration achievements and exploration technology must be established.
