Preview on the Construction of "entrepreneurship-innovation" Talent Cultivation Base of Land and Resources under the New Normal: a Finite Study Based on the Industry Perspective of Land and Resources

在大众创新、万众创业的时代背景下,国土资源行业要顺应国土资源事业发展的新形势,主动融入创新创业的时代潮流,积极深化人才培养体制改革,建设国土资源双创人才培育基地。在人才培养方面,要探索构建国土资源双创人才培养新模式;在教育实体建设方面,要创建国土资源创客学院;在智能平台建设方面,要开发国土资源双创人才大数据平台;在条件保障方面,要加强组织领导、加大资金投入、做好宣传推广、完善工作机制,形成工作合力。

Under the background of popular entrepreneurship and innovation nowadays, the land and resources industry should adapt to thenew situation and deepen actively the reform of talent cultivation system, while bases should be set up for cultivating the "entrepreneurshipinnovation"talents. As to the talent cultivation, we should explore the new training mode; as to the educational entity construction, establisha college of makers on land and resources; as to the intelligent platform construction, develop a big data platform for "entrepreneurshipinnovation"talents of land and resources; as to the condition security, strengthen organization and propaganda, increase investment andimprove the working mechanism to join efforts.
