摘要
采用ANSYS有限元方法,通过对管道双O型橡胶密封圈接触压力计算,估算出橡胶密封圈防水压力。分析承插口制造精度、管道沉降等因素对防水能力的影响,为双O型橡胶密封圈接口的设计和试验提供参考和指导作用。
Using ANSYS finite element method,the rubber sealing ring waterproof pressure is estimated by calculating the contact pressure of the double O-shaped rubber seal.The influence of the manufacturing precision of the socket and the settlement of the pipeline on the waterproof capacity was analyzed,which provided the reference and guidance for the design and test of the double O-shaped rubber seal interface.
