摘要
从道路交通角度探讨在中心城区敷设有轨电车遇到的问题及解决方案。中心城区道路资源条件有限且交通环境复杂,先天苛刻的用地条件和几近饱和的交通往往是制约有轨电车发展的主要因素。以上海市延安路有轨电车建设方案为例,通过有轨电车建筑界限调整、道路断面扩宽、车道重新划分、交叉口渠化和交通信号优先等工程技术手段,探讨有轨电车实施的可能性。
The problems and solutions of tramway laying in the central city area are discussed from the angle of road traffic in this paper. In the central city, the road resources condition is limited and the traffic environment is complex. The harsh conditions of land use and the near-saturation traffic are the main factors restricting the development of the tram. Taking the construction plan of Yan'an Rd. tram in Shanghai as an example, it discusses the possibility of the implementation of trams by adjusting the construction boundary of the tram, widening the section of the road, re-dividing the lanes, crossing the channelization and traffic signal priority.
