摘要
目前小型振动压路机是坑槽修补过程中普遍采用的压实设备,材料的真正密实过程由振动压实完成。为最大限度地模拟现场施工工况,使室内成果与现场实际应用效果具有可比性,提出采用表面振动成型仪设计水性环氧乳化沥青混合料的新思路。详细介绍该混合料振动成型试验方法和60℃高温养生方法,及试验研究成型方法对材料初期强度和最终强度的影响。
At present,the small vibratory roller is the compaction equipment commonly used in the pit repair process,the real dense process of the material is completed by the vibration compaction.In order to maximize the simulation of site construction conditions,to make the indoor results and the field actual application comparable,a new idea to design waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture by surface vibration forming machine is proposed.The vibration forming test and 60 °C high temperature curing method of the mixture are introduced in detail.The effects of forming method on the initial strength and ultimate strength of the mixture are studied.
