我国各地区农业保险发展潜力评价研究

根据2013年全国31个省市自治区(不含台湾省、香港、澳门特别行政区)的相关数据,构建农业保险发展潜力综合评价指标体系,采用因子分析和聚类分析对各地区农业保险发展潜力进行评价和分类。结果表明:我国各地区农业保险发展潜力差异明显,自然条件适合农业发展的地区一般拥有较大的农业保险发展潜力;经济较发达的农业大省一般发展潜力较大,传统的农业大省中,山东、江苏等省份经济较发达,发展农业保险的条件较好,而现阶段农业保险发展规模还不能与其农业规模相匹配,未来发展潜力较大;最后,根据聚类分析,将我国开展农业保险的地区划分为五类,针对不同类型地区,提出相应的建议。

According to the 2013 related data from our country’s 31 provinces, we built a comprehensive evaluation index system of agricultural insurance development potential, using factor analysis and cluster analysis to make evaluation and classification in agricultural insurance development potential of each region. The results showed: The differences in all regions of China’s agricultural insurance development potential are significant, the region in which the natural conditions are suited to the agricultural development generally have greater potential for development of agricultural insurance; economically developed provinces that mainly develop agriculture have greater potential, the traditional agricultural provinces, such as Shandong, Jiangsu and other provinces in which the economic development is in a leading position, the conditions is suitable for the development of agricultural insurance ,But in this stage, the scale of the agricultural insurance cannot match the scale of its agriculture, in this areas, the agricultural insurance has a huge potential for future development.Finally, according to the cluster analysis, the regions launching agricultural insurance is divided into five categories, for different categories, we put forward corresponding suggestions.
