摘要
本文分析了河南省近年来在加快推进实施创新驱动发展战略所取得的成效以及面临的难题,在对问题产生深层次原因探讨的基础上,结合河南省面临的机遇与形势,在供给侧改革、激发内生活力、完善激励机制等方面提出了具体的发展对策。
This paper analyzedthe achievements and difficulties of Henan Province in recent years inaccel?eratingthe implementation of innovation-driven development strategy. Based on the discussion on the in-depthcauses of those problems, combined with the opportunities and situation faced by Henan Province, it put forwardspecific countermeasures in the development of supply- side reforms, viability activation, and the incentivemechanism improvement and so on.
