近年来,随着各大高校的扩招,"就业难"现象愈发严峻,各大高校纷纷联手企业创办创业孵化器、创业中心等创业教育和实践平台,政府和高校也在大学生创业方面加大了扶持力度。为了进一步鼓励和引导大学生自主创业,常州市的地方院校也在积极开展创业孵化平台的建立工作。基于此,将以高校创业孵化平台建设情况为背景,论述高校创业孵化平台体制机制转换与模式创新,希望为各高校的自主创业发展提供可用建议。

In recent years, with the enrollment of the colleges and universities, "employment difficulty"phenomenon has become more and more serious, the colleges and universities have teamed up to start businessincubators, entrepreneurial center and other entrepreneurial education and practice platforms with enterprises,the government and colleges &universities have also increased efforts to support entrepreneurship forcollege stu?dents. In order to further encourage and guide college students to start their own businesses, Changzhou is alsoactive in local colleges and universities to establish a working business incubation platform. Based on this, withthe background of the construction of college and university business incubation platform, institutional mecha?nism transformation and model innovation of the college and university business in cubator platform was dis?cussed, hoping to provide usable advices for independent entrepreneurship of various colleges and universities.
