浅谈带式给料机的设计计算

带式给料机广泛应用于煤炭、制药、化工、水泥、冶金、建材等行业,对粒状、粉状等不同物料的给料系统,以实现连续、均匀、远程集中控制自动供料。该给料机包括驱动装置、驱动滚筒、张紧滚筒及缓冲托辊,驱动装置、驱动滚筒、缓冲托辊及张紧滚筒等。但就这种设备很少能看到系统的设计计算方法,现参考资料结合实际情况就针对带式给料机的设计过程做简单介绍。

Belt feeder is widely used in coal, pharmaceutical, chemical, cement, metallurgy, building materials and other industries, feeding granular, powder and other materials to achieve continuous, uniform, remote centralized control and automatic feeding. The feeder includes driving device, drive roller, tension roller and buffer roller. However, the design and calculation method of this kind of device is rarely seen, this article briefly introduces the design process of belt feeder combined with references and actual situation.
