社会资本视域下的旅游精准扶贫

On Tourism Accurate Poverty Alleviation under the Perspective of Social Capital Theory

在国内旅游扶贫研究评述的基础上,总结了当前"投放式"的旅游扶贫存在的问题,提出社会资本是旅游精准扶贫的核心资源,并指出了建立社会资本支持体系面临的困境和努力的方向。要突破这一困境,必须整合旅游精准扶贫过程中政府、市场、社会以及公众之间的社会资本,才能实现"扶真贫"、"真扶贫"的旅游精准扶贫目标。

On the review of domestic tourism poverty alleviation,summarizes the current problems on the'flock'type of tourism poverty alleviation,put forward the social capital is the core resources of t tourism accurate poverty alleviation, and points out the diffcuities of building social capital support system and effort direction.To over these diffcuities, in the process of tourism accurate poverty alleviation, social capital among government,market, society and the public should integrate,in order to achieve the tourism accurate poverty alleviation target'help the real people'and'real alleviating poverty'.
