氯吡格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗脑梗死的临床实践分析

Clinical analysis of clopidogrel combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction

目的:探讨氯吡格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗脑梗死的效果。方法:收治脑梗死患者45例,采用氯吡格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗后,脑卒中评分、日常生活能力评分和总胆固醇水平均显著改善。结论:氯吡格雷联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗脑梗死的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:45 patients with cerebral infarction were selected.They were treated with clopidogrel combined with rosuvastatin.We observed the therapeutic effect.Results:After treatment,stroke score,daily life ability score and total cholesterol level were significantly improved.Conclusion:The clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction was significant.
