牙周-正畸联合治疗牙周病的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of periodontal orthodontic combination treatment on periodontal disease

目的:分析牙周-正畸联合治疗牙周病的临床效果。方法:收治牙周病患者72例,随机分为观察组和对照组各36例。对照组给予牙周基础治疗,观察组给予牙周和正畸联合治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者PD、AL、BOP、SBI、PLI均低于对照组,咀嚼效能高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牙周联合正畸治疗牙周病可有效提高治疗效果,增强牙齿稳定性,改善咀嚼功能。

Objective:To analyze the periodontal orthodontic combination treatment on periodontal disease.Methods:72 patients with periodontal disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 36 cases in each.The control group was given periodontal basic treatment.The observation group was given periodontal and orthodontic combination treatment.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The PD,AL,BOP,SBI,PLI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the chewing efficacy was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Periodontal orthodontic combination treatment on periodontal disease can effectively improve the treatment effect,enhance the stability of teeth,improve the chewing function.
