开环式选择性痔上黏膜切除术治疗重度混合痔150例临床分析

Clinical analysis of open loop tissue-selecting therapy stapler in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids in 150 cases

目的:探讨开环式选择性痔上黏膜切除术治疗重度混合痔的临床效果和安全性。方法:收治重度混合痔患者300例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用开环式选择性痔上黏膜切除术治疗,对照组采用吻合器混合痔痔上黏膜环切吻合术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治愈率和并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:开环式选择性痔上黏膜切除术治疗重度混合痔的临床效果显著,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of open loop tissue-selecting therapy stapler in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:300 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated by open loop tissue-selecting therapy stapler.The control group was treated with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids of mixed hemorrhoids.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the cure rate and incidence of complications were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of open loop tissue-selecting therapy stapler in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids was significant,and the safety was high.
