硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊高征的治疗效果

Treatment effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension

目的:探讨硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊高征的治疗效果。方法:收治妊高征患者63例,按照双盲法分为对照组23例和观察组40例。对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,观察组给予硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗。治疗后,比较两组患者的临床总有效率,观察两组患者平均动脉压、尿素氮及肌酐等变化情况。结果:观察组的临床总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组平均动脉压、尿素氮及肌酐均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊高征具有更显著的疗效,能够快速改善患者临床症状,且无严重不良反应。

Objective:To explore the treatment effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods:63 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension were selected.They were divided into the control group in 23 cases and the observation group in 40 cases according to the double blind method.The control group was given magnesium sulfate treatment.The observation group was given magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine treatment.After treatment,the clinical total effective rates of the two groups were compared,and the changes of mean arterial pressure,urea nitrogen and creatinine were observed in the two groups.Results:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the mean arterial pressure,urea nitrogen and creatinine of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension has more significant curative effect.It can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms,and with no serious adverse reaction.
