重建钢板及弹性髓内钉治疗锁骨骨折的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of reconstruction plate and elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of clavicle fracture

目的:探讨重建钢板及弹性髓内钉治疗锁骨骨折的临床效果。方法:收治锁骨骨折患者38例,分为A组和B组,A组采用重建钢板治疗,B组采用弹性髓内钉治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:A组术后疼痛评分(22.61±3.12)分,1例不适症;B组术后疼痛评分(25.41±1.64)分,3例不适症。两组患者对治疗服务都表示满意。结论:锁骨骨折治疗难度大,重建钢板及弹性髓内钉可以保护锁骨结构,术后恢复快,疼痛感受弱,可保证患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of reconstruction plate and elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of clavicle fracture.Methods:38 patients with clavicle fracture were selected.They were divided into the A group and the B group.A group was treated with reconstruction plate.B group was treated with elastic intramedullary nails.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The postoperative pain score of A group was (22.61 ± 3.12),and 1 case had discomfort.The postoperative pain score of B group was (25.41±1.64),and 3 cases had discomfort.The two groups of patients were satisfied with the treatment services.Conclusion:Treatment of clavicle fracture was difficult.Reconstruction plate and elastic intramedullary nail can protect the structure of the clavicle.Postoperative recovery was fast,and the pain was weak.It can ensure the quality of life of patients.
