摘要目的:探讨罗哌卡因用于老年患者术后镇痛的安全性和有效性。方法:收治腰-硬膜外联合麻醉下行股骨骨折手术患者42例,术后采用罗哌卡因+舒芬太尼镇痛,观察效果。结果:术后镇痛VAS评分均≤4分,达到满意的效果。结论:罗哌卡因-芬太尼用于老年股骨骨折术后镇痛疗效显著。 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ropivacaine for postoperative analgesia in elderly patients.Methods:42 patients with femoral fracture operation under combined spinal epidural anesthesia were selected.They were given ropivacaine and sufentanil for postoperative analgesia.We observed the effect.Results:Postoperative VAS scores were less than 4 points,the result was satisfied.Conclusion:The efficacy of ropivacaine and fentanyl for postoperative analgesia in elderly femoral fractures was significant.
