帕金森病抑郁症状40例临床观察

Clinical observation of 40 cases with depression symptoms of Parkinson's disease

目的:探讨帕金森病抑郁症状的特征表现。方法:收治帕金森病抑郁症状患者40例,分析其特征表现。结果:31例患者抑郁症状明显改善,6例好转,仅3例患者仍存在抑郁情绪及表现。重度抑郁患者抑郁症状缓解情况不如中度、一般、轻度抑郁患者。结论:帕金森病会影响患者的心理状态。

Objective:To explore the symptoms characteristics of depression symptoms of Parkinson's disease.Methods:The characteristics of 40 cases of patients with depression symptoms of Parkinson's disease were analyzed.Results:The depression symptoms of 31 cases of patients were improved significantly,6 cases were improved,and only 3 cases of patients still had depression and performance.The improvement of depression symptoms in patients with severe depression were less than those of patients with moderate,general,mild depression.Conclusion:Parkinson's disease could affect the psychological state of patients.
