臭氧扩张配合定点冲击波松解治疗肩周炎122例的临床疗效

Clinical effect of 122 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis treated with ozone expansion combined with fixed-point shock waves

目的:探讨臭氧扩张配合定点冲击波松解治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:收治重度肩周炎患者122例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规的冲击波治疗配合关节功能锻炼,治疗组给予臭氧扩张配合定点冲击波松解治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗2周的疼痛缓解及关节功能改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:臭氧扩张配合定点冲击波松解治疗肩周炎的疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of ozone expansion combined with fixed-point shock waves in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:122 cases of patients with severe scapulohumeral periarthritis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with conventional shock waves combined with joint functional exercise.The treatment group was treated with ozone expansion combined with fixed-point shock waves.The clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The pain relief and improvement of joint function in the treatment group after 2 weeks of treatment were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ozone expansion combined with fixed-point shock waves in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis had significant curative effect.
