高龄白内障患者实施日间白内障手术的临床效果观察及实践总结

Clinical effect observation and practical summary of the implementation of day cataract surgery in elderly patients with cataract

目的：探讨高龄白内障患者实施日间白内障手术的临床效果。方法：收治高龄白内障患者80例(80眼)，采用白内障超声乳化吸除+人工晶体植入术，观察治疗效果。结果：术后最佳矫正视力≥0.8有19眼，0.5～0.8有32眼，0.3～0.5有24眼，0.1～0.3有4眼，＜0.1有1眼，无严重术后并发症。结论：高龄白内障患者实施日间白内障手术的临床效果良好。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the implementation of day cataract surgery in elderly patients with cataract.Methods:80 cases(80 eyes) of elderly patients with cataract were selected.They were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.We observed the treatment effect.Results:The best corrected visual acuity was more than 0.8 in 19 eyes,0.3 to 0.5 in 24 eyes,0.1 to 0.3 in 4 eyes,less than 0.1 in 1 eye,and there was no serious postoperative complications.Conclusion:The clinical effect of the implementation of day cataract surgery in elderly patients with cataract was good.
